It can be an effective and attractive envelope if designed and installed properly.

I don't know..... I don't think you can look at a low or mid-rise EIFS building and say "This is what a HIGHrise building with EIFS should look like" They have a very different impact visually, and while this one does look great (hats off to CMD and the Beljan team) how tall could it have gone before people start complaining about the EIFS??
