Looks like most work has been on the conversion & less on the wood frame as of late.

So what will happen for the creditor protection on this site?
@OverheardatYEG Strategic says it doesn't impact their current construction projects. I imagine it only covers their current leasable office portfolio, which is where they've taken the hardest hit (mainly in Calgary)
Steel is up between the buildings, windows and doors installed on the new building, as well as framing for the ground-level glass.

I'm starting to like this project a little more. The renders had never helped this one lool like much in my opinion, but once completed it could look pretty good. It will be a plus if the fibre-reinforced cement panels on the addition are cromulent with its big brother, digging the texture of the old office tower. Good sized balconies on the street side look like they provide a nice view of the Ledge.
My own photos from yesterday; I'm a little concerned about how dark that podium glazing looks, though...

@Daveography Agreed. There were/are many complaints about how dark the units were over at the Mayfair building and these look like they have a much darker tint to them...

Are you sure you're not thinking about Quest? That building's podium glazing was indeed fairly dark, but has recently been replaced
