We've been dying for a downtown hardware store for many years, preferably a Home Hardware since Home Despot and Crappy Tire may be too big-box suburban for downtown.

Maybe taking over old Best Buy space? I would lean towards Home Depot being more likely than anyone else.

I don't believe that site has anything like that planned with its current buildings. There is a rezoning in for a more urban redevelopment of the site and while something could be incorporated, I dont see it there.

Nope, McKesson is a US company involved in pharma supply chain. Very good to have this business expansion locally.

Still on the proposed list but is supposed to be built just down the Street. There is another very large distribution building being built next door right now.
