Heard back from a rep at Graham on this today. Apparently the final renders will be released Q2 of 2018. Until then, the mystery continues!

Will construction still be ongoing, or are they stopping til Q2 as they switch contractors?
@seamusmcuffs That I'm not sure of, but I suspect they will need to resume construction ASAP to meet the current timelines for opening all of the building elements.

Podium is going forward so Q2 for the tower is realistic.

@westcoastjos PCL was still finishing up and clearing the site last week. Graham hasn't taken it over yet.
Indeed. There have been rumblings of delay from trades people on this one though. PCL hasn't exactly been in a hurry to clear the site.
