The original renders had three floors, that top section will now be HVAC and a bar patio.
Yes, that's right, it was shrunk down a while back, I think when the theatre pulled out.

It should start looking a bit more imposing once that center section fills in to the same height as the outer sections.

Any plans by the City to reconfigure 103 avenue. It is going to look even more dire after this building is finished...

That's something I've been wondering about as well, with all of the utillity work on it in the last couple years its in pretty rough shape.

Not that I want to wait that long, but maybe the city is waiting till most work is done before redoing the road.

There is a bunch of water main upgrades scheduled by Epcor that is going to take place through late October-December along 103 Avenue from 101 to 104 Street. Thats why it has not been resurfaced yet.
