I would prefer for KG to focus on the baccarat site next, which is the next large gap they need to fill to really tie in the whole district IMO. Let the plaza fill up with more tenants, get the programming going, then start the BG tower. I think it's an easier sell, either as condos or rentals, once people can actually see the full extent of what the district has to offer.

The ice plant for the plaza rink was lifted onto Block BG (Connect Centre) this morning. They say the rink should be open daily by mid-December!

Nice to see.

Sadly City Hall's rink won't open until the new year for a variety of reasons including the lack of an ice plant.

...and yet Bryant Park's rink has been open for over a month in NYC.

We need to do winter better.
