Curious to see if Cidex does something similar styled projects for other areas of the city in lots that they own or want to acquire. This is essentially going to lease pretty quickly considering its location.

Personally would love to see something like this (but with taller buildings) on that parking lot by the Edmonton House.

Who knows?! Maybe they do? They're building something off of Ray Gibbons - something tall enough that requires a crane....but not listed on their website.....with ZERO renderings for - anywhere.

That cidex project in St. Albert is supposed to be two towers (16 and 20 storeys). Weird how there’s no renderings anywhere though.

Yeah, this forum literally survives off speculation and the scraps of renderings so I'm surprised no one has managed to see anything yet.

Just noticed the "Daisy's Saloon" sign in the old Billiard Club local. Looks terrible, how long has it been there? Wasn't there supposed to be a new Metrosexual type lounge going in there just after COVID ended?
