@danimori Thanks! Looks pretty good, clean simple but interesting design. Looks like it will be a Le Germain hotel then?
In the second image if you zoom in on the front entrance, to me it appears to say "ALT". But you can't see the colourful logo so I might be seeing it wrong. Nevertheless I hope its a Le Germain.
 
This is exceptional design for a somewhat confined building site. The structure very elegantly gets "lighter" as it goes from podium to hotel base to condominium and the visual break between hotel and condominium is a well-defined and articulate separation that adds interest to all sides. Very exciting! Bonus -- some of the continuity-busting surface parking is gone!

Very sleek and Sexy. It will look very nice in contrast to Encore Tower!
