With this new development along 114st I really hope they improve the streetscape very soon... the pedestrian experience could be great with the new buildings and retail, but the sidewalks are in terrible condition. This should be a priority in my view...it's going to be seen and visited by tons of out of towners, being right by our prestigious university

Just need those Arts parking lots to get 3-4 mid-rise towers to add to it all.

With the way the budget continually gets cut at the U of A, developing those lots into rentals + UG public parking could be a good additional income stream.

A bit of a different world, but UBC expects to achieve $2,000,000,000.00 over 20yrs (about 10 yrs in for this phase) from land trust development.
