If it does take that long, I'd be questioning what is taking so long especially when the workers have already ironed out the procedural process. After a floor or two above ground, it should be quite automatic...
A floor plate like this should be 1.5 weeks max especially with all the improvements of build forms compared to when I decided to learn the carpentry/scaffold trade back in 2007.
