Far from ideal, but it's busy, walkable and serves the community.
Obviously we want something of higher and better use, but having the two dirt lots gone is night and day.

Most cities have a lot or two here and there and I'm ok with that. What brings certain areas of Edmonton down, is an over abundance of them.
