Yeah there's a ton of activity going on here on a daily basis, so I'm not concerned about it stalling. I am however, becoming skeptical on the final exterior product being subpar,

I am most excited about this project in downtown as it will have people living in the heart of Jasper and since Enbridge vacated has been a too quiet portion of the Avenue. Its kind of flying under the radar compared to the Parks, Falcon etc but will animate 102 St and Jasper corner which for out of towners is closer to the big hotels. And to have a few new CRUs will help too.
