What's the plan with the exterior? Obviously a new coat of paint was added but I'm not sure if that's just a base coat or the final product....

The exterior really needs a complete facelift (and if it's just new paint please don't let the current one be the final one). I'd love for this to get an LED strip to standout but I'll bet that might be too expensive.

Regus already has two locations nearby downtown. Are they trying to outdo Shoppers Drug and Subway for the number of locations downtown?

Great project but they need to have proper lighting around the hoarding. It's terrible at night.

I am terrified of this project stalling hard and the hoarding remaining there for an extended period. It's a horrifically bad pedestrian experience walking along there

There seems to be a massive amount of workers on site daily for months now. Unless there is additional information, there is little risk of this project stalling.
