Also @_Citizen_Dane_ Lorraine has inherited a number of historic photos and other memorabilia that she is going to have displayed in the building's lobby when it opens in the Spring. I will be helping her with placement and arrangement since we will be the (one and only) Tenant in the building.

Keeping and restoring the old sign on the brick is a great thing. I notice some other buildings downtown from that era or a similar time have done this too.

It preserves and enhances the character of the building and the area.

So the construction on this building is complete? Just waiting for tenants to fit up the place?
