Rohit's homes also have big windows so I think it's a trend with them as well.

Indeed - those big windows and their style give this building a "loft" feel. I'm living for it.

Second residential building and the commercial building (future home of Jacks Burger Shack) are going up:

I was worried when I heard Rohit purchased the first stage of the development, but I am pleasantly surprised at how things are turning out so far. Can’t wait to see everything completed!
