I'm not 100% sure, but I think this is the last piece of glass to go up (excepting maintenance replacements and final zip-up after the crane and skips are removed).

Yup, they should be starting to place the lighting strips in now as well. They have the window washer gear to install then the last cooling tower to lift, and then the crane comes down.
