Station Lands will bring more than 2.5 million sq. ft. of vertical development to downtown. From an economic, policy, and local redevelopment perspective, it checks all the boxes. A story in Edmonton Construction Association's Breaking Ground magazine.

^ ^^

i think it’s meant to be more a reflection of a single entity being responsible for and controlling all aspects of the project from land acquisition through design and construction to the selection of public art and landscaping and lobby furniture as well as retaining ownership and management. it’s about delivering the entire product, not just a master plan that is carved up for numerous other parties from council to builders to adapt and execute.

is there perhaps some marketing hyperbole here? perhaps, but that’s not setting their pants on fire.

They could have included that context. It is poorly written without the context you provided for the average reader.

Will be good to see this one go up. Going to be the first of hopefully many projects north of 104 to revitalize that area.
