Yeah I follow Kendall from Wexford Developments on Twitter, they have a lot of other focus, specifically a neat lil project on Vancouver Island.

Their focus is elsewhere if you follow them on social, but it is too good of a site/project to pass on and so I expect that it will move forward at some point or be moved.

Yes, this is a good site. We need to get smarter as a city. Instead of tearing down nearby more historic buildings, we need to focus on developing sites like this.
Edmonton has some good developers and good projects, but it is still a bit too haphazard. The more aesthetically pleasing cities in the world do not take such a haphazard approach.

This would add a lot to the area. It is particularly nice, that this one at least doesn't involve tearing down a historic warehouse in the Warehouse District.
