Forming the 6th floor right now I didn’t realize how small of a floorplate this thing actually has. Its much more slender in person, with quite a bit of space over the ground floor. It’s much less of a box and more of a tower than the renders make it seem.

That’s a good summation of our Downtown development between 1990 and 2005, sans Allard Hall, the 121 West and the Brewery District.

Which is crazy considering how 'dense' that project is. We should thank our lucky stars that thing is under 10 storeys high.

Yup, and with the Edward clocking in at 13 storeys and 161 units, there will be quite a few people living in this corner of Westmount.

104st is looking close to this on some panoramic views which was why I feared Falcons' original heights proposed.
You're just looking at the flattering angle. She is still a fatty to me regardless.
