Great photo! Now I see the patio decks for the people that have units above what appears as retail. I hope there are no exhaust air ducts on the balconies from the retail units below - of concern might be a restaurant.
Yours is not as clear. Maybe borrow cowboys phone for your next shotInteresting its the same as my third photo...
Looks great from this elevation! The black curtain wall system and cladding looks great on a cloudy day.Northwest corner, from the bus loop, as of Saturday

Some building signage on "Le Louvre". And some pics from the Spa Lady nearby.
I hope that the literal train station is what draws more people than the parking haha. That public parking is going to be popular.
Yeah, that was kind of the point with the other parking that was closed previously. People will be drawn to park here, especially since it is underground parking.I hope that the literal train station is what draws more people than the parking haha.
They do have it in the Mayfair building that they completed a few months back as well. In the mayfair they have an interesting system with lighting to show if a space is available for public parking or not. A great idea IMO - especially in purpose built rental buildings where the parking demand will fluctuate per unit/building. Or in situations like the Louvre where there's already demand for park and ride. That's actually quite smart of Procura to do. Because when they sell the building, that's extra revenue for whoever buys the building from them.
Wonder if they do this with any future buildings on site?
