They are definitely tight units I expect maximum sliding doors if any but when you walk beside the site and realize they are fitting 4 units on that tiny floor plate you understand why there are only sliding doors.

Like the exteriors, I think that the interiors have been creatively expressed to the extreme. From that aspect I would buy into one of these.

@Platinum107, the building code requires natural light and fenestration for bedroom areas -- the only way that this can be achieved in this long narrow building is to remove one of the bedroom walls, essentially creating one large living space. There are many ways to screen this off creatively -- sliding wall panels is one way out of about thirty that immediately come to mind. I think that this space is more creative than most condo plans I have seen for other Edmonton buildings.
