Given the work in Edmonton, had to go check out Canada's newest Rail Rapid Transit system - ION, clearly, some kinks to work out still but, overall a beautiful system for the growing region. This system pretty much perfectly mirrors what will be seen in Edmonton sans the few tunneled and elevated sections and the fact that ION has a few split sections. Two nice touches for me compared to our other Canadian Systems were the good quality free wifi and the useful announcements which mention bus transfers as well as what side the doors will open on!

Spotted this interesting rig yesterday, looks like it will be used to form the bridge segments a bit at a time.

They put in some viewports to look into the Churchill connector work site. Still can't see much but it's nicer than just walls all around.
Should probably start a bets thread on how far behind they will end up being.
