Think it’s Clark? But maybe it’s gone through so mnay revisions and changes he orders….and perhaps there using “Kennedy bucks” it might be one of those bottomless pits of funding? Similar to the TMEP I’m working on……

They have gone through two design revisions that I am aware of, each putting the project back through the agencies -- Building and Safety, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Plan-Checks.

The concentration was on the District Energy Centre. There are revisions apparently so the work is shifting back.
