That looks like an aerial view of Grant Park (i.e., not residential) in Chicago, either taken before a regatta or else it's an artist's impression by an artist who went a little crazy with adding boats. In reality there's a marina just past the bend in the road in the upper right corner with probably 150-200 berths.
