This is something ideally suited to NAIT in terms of taking on 3-d printed houses that are make from wood residues. NAIT could look at applications for townhouse and apartment applications and get ahead of the curve.

This is one of those AI generated youtube videos. They find info but then get video clips from wherever. I wish we had some of the sights in those videos. Videos look and sound nice but are very poor in facts.
