25 May 2014: It has a sort of 1980s TCHC modernism to it ... which sort of fits in with their property at Henry & Baldwin. Red brick would've been a better choice along with a pitched roof.
Can someone design a better-looking "cage" to put those recyling wheelie bins? (Um yes, I could!

This design would look fine in (eg) MCC or NYCC
As an aside, I gotta say I prefer Baldwin Village on a typical weekend over PS K-market--which has become a sort of mainstream trashy event.
