This sucks, it's such a unique building, the eve's/roof always remind me of a cruise ship when I was growing up
Totally! I mean, it's what 6 parking spots? The space could be used for so much better. A patio in that spot would be great.

That building has a lot of parking compared to what you’d expect from the street presence. It also has parking in the now non alley alley, and underground parking.Chances are it's probably a decent revenue stream for the owner as-is, so there's not much motivation to change anything.
This CBC article mentions the intent to stay open. The source it the architect, but Strategic are not the most trustworthy developer, so that could change.I think we are going to need a source on this one, the stakes are too high!![]()
