My husband's work has had to change offices from 640 5th ave in the core as it is being converted into residential. I can't find any renderings online and wondered if anyone had any more information on this project? They were the last tenant in the building and work has already started on the project.

This was mentioned in the conversion or urban thread as a conversion, but I haven't seen anything else on it. They must be going ahead without a subsidy. Right across the alley from Plaza, interesting.

Glad we evicted people from their long time (investment) homes for some sod, across the lagoon from a massive area of sod.

I was driving down Crowchild near 26th Ave and there’s construction happening where the Viscount Bennett school used to be. If I recall it was a Minto proposal with some towers?

At least this one has a planned end date. I mean it is just a grass field.
