I didn't say if they did a market study or not, if they did perhaps the flawed thinking I referred to was embedded in it. If the demand is there, then it should probably be doing better.
It is always hard to predict whether something new in an area will be successful, but high income levels do not guarantee the neighbourhood has champagne tastes.

Tried out Rob's Famous Fried Chicken near Stadium Yards for dinner. The jumbo strips and Hollywood sauce are so excellent that I'll keep coming back for more! However, I'll only be doing takeout since there are just 2 tables and no washroom.
