I would have loved to have seen that 7 tower, 1100 unit proposal from 2012ish happen on those Eau Claire lots. If that occured, Eau Claire would be a completely different neighbourhood, one of the best in the City, as it would have had a much bigger population base, but also that project had a pretty cool retail plaza/high street area.
