Don’t understand your question/premise......before amalgamation TTC still was the transit provider in Scarborough.....it was a Metro wide system/service.

Nah. I don't support TTC. So any answers? THis iss a fantasy but cannot be placed in the Fantasy Maps as the whole idea is fantasy.

A low density suburb wouldn't build its own subway system, but it might have an extension of a Toronto line into its boundaries. Basically, it wouldn't be much different than it is today.

The travel demand in Scarborough would not change, it does not need a subway now so would not need one then. If it had sensible councillors (one can dream) they would build an LRT network and link to a Toronto subway. Oh yes, we have been there....

Ideally I'd like to see Bloor Subway extended into Sheppard / Markham, and LRT on Victoria Park, Kennedy, McCowan and Eglinton East up to UTSC...

BTW, I forgot some mindless people who roam for a Scarborough Subway. (sorry Xiaohaha, I truly feel pity for you. Something just makes me feel me sad. It's either how politely you spoke or something)

All I have heard is there is no need for a transit system. TTC will still control Scarborough Transit. Scarborough Subways. Extensions for BD Line! I'm ssrly gonna lose my mind for people who really aren't creative.
