I'd love to see Yonge and Eglinton 2005-2025
The pre-Minto Midtown skyline was quite different from what we have today.

44 North is on to something. Why don't you monetize this? Make your model available for a fee. I assume this is something that can be uploaded to a server with regular updates. I would certainly pay to be able to see a 3D representation of future Toronto from perspectives of my choosing.

City Planning and Developers already have access to similar models and building data, there wouldn't be enough interest from additional parties to justify monetization.

Three different perspectives.
1) looking eastbound on Eglinton Avenue toward Yonge (traditional view)
2) looking true-west (directional)
3) looking true-east (directional)

For the latter two, individual projects are much more visible and discernible off-axis from the street-grid. The result is better showcase of the skyline overall.

(I believe everything is shown here built, u/c, or proposed, if there is something missing or incorrect, feel free to post below)
