So back on topic, one thing I'm curious about is how much infrastructure work would be required to have a good chunk of the retail and services in the +15 moved to street level? Calgary has stupid narrow sidewalks with light posts and electrical boxes all over the place. I don't think the +15 will ever die completely, but more services at street level would only be a good thing.
 
I was in the +15 a couple of times last week and it was every bit as busy as it used to be before covid. It was on a Tuesday and Wednesday, and I've heard that Mondays and Fridays are usually slower.
