Of course that would mean a whole host of city employees working on the project for two plus decades the way the city chooses to handle it would then have had nothing to do after the first four years it should have been completed in. As it stands, by the time the last phase has been completed. It will be time to redo the first one (which still hasn’t actually been completed).Truth. I wish they would just prioritize this over almost any other road rehabilitation project in the city, power through it, and get it done.
