@emillsp maybe if we worried half as much about addressing systemic issues like poverty, homelessness, addictions, mental health, and treating people like human beings without labels like "sicko's" being flung around, we would be much further as a society than concern trolling about vandalism.
 
Looks nice but how long do you think It be before its vandalized? There are alot of sicko's in this part of the city.
I feel like this park will be destroyed in record time. Also think it's going to be so sketchy where the average person or family will end up avoiding this place. I hope I'm completely wrong, and I lack faith in the community here, but I really have my doubts.
 
Well I think it is just one of those things that we have to remain positive and hope things turn out good. There will always be people that intentionally will vandalize and litter, never can we stop that completely. We just have to hope that it will be kept to a minimal.
 
I imagine that this area will improve gradually when the Quarters LRT station opens, along with the rest of the Valley Line.
Unfortunately, there is no Quarters LRT station. The closest stop on the Valley Line will be Churchill Square.
