"Reliable Fish & Chips" at Queen East & Verral (one block west of Carlaw) will be closing permanently on January 21, 2022 as the building has been sold. They've been around since 1930.

 
The Neon Demon (neon sign gallery of former Toronto retailers) at Carlaw & Dickens is permanently closing in March 2022:

No news here but I'm curious if anything is planned along the horizon for this building at Queen East & Laing. Seems like it's been in neglected state for a while.

Not actually a Parks Project. This is a Toronto Water project; though, presumably w/restoration $$$ when complete.

What a turnaround. The new ownership of "Reliable Fish & Chips" are looking to bring it back and plan on reopening June 1st, 2022:
