How are you supposed to get your bike up that thing?
If they're smart the stairs will have integrated bike access ramps like the ones in Ottawa's new LRT stations.

Is that a common thing? I heard Wynne on the radio this morning saying that she fixed everything ?...hope that there is no power outages.
The little ramp bits by the side of the stairs? I saw somewhere that they're supposed to have them. A bridge like the Puente de Luz at the bottom of Portland, with the ramps, would be better for everyone in the long run, I think. If they're smart the stairs will have integrated bike access ramps like the ones in Ottawa's new LRT stations.
