Hey Flaco7, you probably dont have the net running yet, but just wanted to see how the move went and how the condo is doing!
.
Hey the number is 647-345-4355
I will have rogers over tomorrow to get me online, but since I wont be moving in 'till I have the condo fully ready on Sunday I will still have access here from home.
the keys where actually ready at 9:30 AM I was quite happy about this even though I didn't pick them up 'till 1:30. right now the building is busy and dirty with the construction and don't expect this to change for a while. but over all GOOD DAY!!
as for keys, you get 2 door keys, 2 mail box keys one bulding pass and a garage door opener (also acts as a building pass) if you bought parking.
Thanks for the update Flaco. I can't wait to get in too!! Do you think you could shed some light on what the interim closing costs were like. I know we gotta pay the rest of the upgrades and the remaining deposit due to the builder, but what else should we expect to see?
Also, roughly what time did you get your keys?

add $500.00 tarion enrollment fee plus tax.
also you will need 12 blank cheques for the "rent"
and one cheque will be paid for what ever they calculate the rent to be for the remainder of the month you move in.
Not sure if I mentioned this but we will be using the visitor parking 'till the actual parking lot is ready!!
Expect to pay for Hidro from the first day you move in.
As for keys. in order to get them first thing in the morning, go see your lawyer as soon as you can, and call property management first thing in the morning of your move in date to remind them and there should be no problem. but just because mine where ready at 9:30 am dont expect that your will be as well. Just HOPE it well.
How about the levies? Closing costs? Tax? etc etc
Sorry to be a bother, but at the end of the day, how much $ did it cost to close?
sorry for the crappy quality, I took these with my Blackberry
