In this OBJ article, Main+Main confirms the 28s tower will be the next phase, and it's planned to start this fall. I had expected the 32s tower that shares a podium with the 22s tower to be next.

yeah i hated this project before, now i'm just numb to it. whatever, it adds density. it's an eyesore but it's better than nothing at this point

Balcony glass that covered the slabs (from the original renders) were the last hope that this could be somewhat salvaged, but of course they axed that as well..

I agree. I miss having the beer store next to the addictions clinic. It was a one stop shopping plaza that's for sure!

Yea it is their worst showing by far. You have the best looking project in Ottawa being done by them at the 400 Albert Releve site, and then you have this.
