Sleek looking whatever those are for sure. 109 should not be first candidate for bike lane conversion. It is one of few roads that move cars N/S well downtown.

The area south of the HLB is due for renewal in 15-20 years, but I don't know about the north half.

As A rider adding a bike lane to 109 should be a non-starter since there is a very good path a few hundred meters to the west.
100%. But there should be a nicer way to cross McEwan on the 110st bike lane at 104 ave. North/south connections to downtown are really lacking.

Agreed, and I think that 110 St. crossing will be messier once Valley Line West is completed too.

Agreed. Right now, most people I know heading downtown come down the cycle way on 120st (The old Rail Line and south to 102ave and cross over. I use that route but turn east at 105ave and then south by the arena. There is no nice route south between there.

I filled out the survey. I demanded that they turn the entirety of the NB lane from University Ave to Sask Drive into a MUP. Doing this for just 2 blocks north of Whyte Ave would be a half-assed effort.
