Here’s one that has flown under the radar. “Alto” by Pangman. I’ll be honest the design is disappointing and bizarrely suburban for the area but I like the scale.

Its not that fancy or the current style, but it fits in the area and looks like it could have been there a while.

I like it a lot better than many more contemporary designs.

Think it's mainly the white fencing choice, especially on the balconies. Makes me think of 'white picket fence', at least using glass panels on the balconies would look more 'urban'.

Not sure if this has been posted but saw on the site above that there's a sign saying Judicial Sale/Review. Can't remember which one but I know Judicial was on the sign.
Is that a good thing?
