Anyone know if HomeEd's Parkside North project in Griesbach has broken ground yet? Website says May 2024

Certainly not the best looking development but half are slated to be below market housing. Great seeing townhomes being built in the affordable housing space rather than just all apartments. Lots of 3-4 bed units, great for young families.

Possible the new Police Training academy may have started. Area at 127st to the northwest of the Northwest Police campus is now being excavated. The project trailer on site does not have a name on it so I can't identify the project.

The site is fenced off and they have begun the underground utilities. Chandos Construction is the Prime.

Here’s one that has flown under the radar. “Alto” by Pangman. I’ll be honest the design is disappointing and bizarrely suburban for the area but I like the scale.

Its not that fancy or the current style, but it fits in the area and looks like it could have been there a while.

I like it a lot better than many more contemporary designs.
Simple and inoffensive isn't a bad thing.

Think it's mainly the white fencing choice, especially on the balconies. Makes me think of 'white picket fence', at least using glass panels on the balconies would look more 'urban'.
