Yup Saw that this morning.

Stumbled upon this rendering for a new retail strip on an old reclaimed gas station site in Beverly. It will be nice to see some new and fresh retail in this area. Uncle Ed's (bottom left) is a great stop for anyone who wants to satisfy their perogy craving btw. Ditto for Take 5 and their donuts.

Hopefully after the initial excitement dies down they will realize not everyone lives on the edge of the city, some people in more central areas rarely go there, and build something a bit more central.

That seems to have happened with some other US chains that have come here.
