Another good ‘ol 4 storey walk up in the Albert!
Somehow I just knew this was coming !!!This guy had means and motive.
That part of Town is getting quite a few. Most are more than 4 stories. One across the street has additional CRUs on the main floor. Cidex has one a 1/2 km away as well. And if you go up by the Cosco there are a lot more rentals.If anywhere needs purpose-built rentals, it's St. Albert with its 0.6%(?) rental vacancy rate.
This one is start and stop. The shoring equipment has sat idle for a few weeks now since it was moved back.Actually quite a bit built or under construction recently, unfortunately the only that doesn’t seem to be able to make a go of it is the Niche Development St. A Square in the downtown area.
Progress update from Chandos on this project:The site is fenced off and they have begun the underground utilities. Chandos Construction is the Prime.

From what I've heard, it sounds like it is actually moving ahead... Crazy, I know, but it is true!
I believe this is right on 156 street, between 92 & 92A Ave. There's a large parcel there that, per the City's zoning site, was rezoned DC2 to RM.Is this the one already under construction behind the McDick’s?
