Didn't see an entry for this site, but it looks like work has started on something on the corner of 83 Ave and 111 St

That’s the neighbour dude who fought the city tooth and nail to prevent this development…….some sort of subsidized housing right?

I can't find the Old RAM thread (luddite here, apologies), but there's an exciting P3 proposal to save the old RAM, involving Beljan. There should be some public news about it as soon as today. It would require the UCP to finish the abatement but not proceed to demolition, which may not happen. But at least there is some hope.

I would like to see beljan or someone buy this property (and hire Beljan) to give this property new life.

"How adventurous are you? This 1944 triplex built by former city alderman Walter Clevely is considered a British-style concrete cottage. It's a castle! If you have a soft spot for historical properties and love free money, this is an opportunity that is about as rare as they come. This property is on the City's Inventory of Historic Resources, and if you agreed to designate the building as a Municipal Historic Resource, you'd be eligible for matching grants of up to $100,000 for heritage-eligible rehabilitation work, then would be eligible for 1/3 matching maintenance grants of up to $20,000 every five years."
