View attachment 629443Residents in the area of this large lot just north west of macewan were sent notices by the city that Westrich is applying to subdivide it, the limited plans I saw in a friends notice showed the footprints of 3 buildings that are likely typical 6 story builds

@IanO Did Westrich give permission for these signs to be posted on your fence at the old Atco site? Not asking to judge, just making sure it wants to be endorsing a candidate—and give you a heads up in case Westrich doesn't want that. At the very least, you guys could ask the candidate's team to straighten that crooked sign

Nice building but look at the traffic lights and light pole. I trust that it's temporary due to construction at the intersection? Discourages investment in the city when something hasn't been upgraded in 75 years.

Yes it's temporary. These were installed during construction, and will be replaced by brand new traffic lights. This is within the Valley Line West work area.
