Is this just a former prison design with some random lime green and blue boxes added to balconies?
Oh, and this is a 3min drive further west from the valley line terminus that’s next to 0 housing and a golf course.

Update:8636 108th St NW in Garneau. I'm not exactly sure what the deal is—I didn't take a close look at the signage—but from searching around online, it looks to be a project called Holland House. By the looks of it, four townhomes with secondary suites?

Dumb question: Is this a product of legal restrictions alone? Couldn't this complex legally have had two staircases per building instead of four?8 stairwells of wasted space. I like the product given the current restrictions, but I do think a lot of living space is being lost to the skinny townhouse design compared to what could be built with SES on the same lot.
