What a beautiful building. Interesting in the floor plans, there is no ramp down to the parkade, but 2 vehicle lifts. Expect these to cost a VERY pretty penny (obvious from the renders, of course)

I know they're just renders but this looks incredible. Location is also phenomenal. I can't wait to not be able to afford one of these apartments.

New owners as of early 2024 and they are currently seeking to designate it as a Municipal Historic Resource. There is an active rezoning application in place as well to allow for a wider range of uses. With that said, I think this building will get some much-needed love soon.

The guy from Leonardo's Coffee House said that his brother picked up one of the historic houses in this area, near 99 Ave and 112 St, to turn it into a wellness center. I'm not sure if it was this one (the Armstrong/Rankine-Hume Residence) or one of the others down the street?
