What a beautiful building. Interesting in the floor plans, there is no ramp down to the parkade, but 2 vehicle lifts. Expect these to cost a VERY pretty penny (obvious from the renders, of course)

I know they're just renders but this looks incredible. Location is also phenomenal. I can't wait to not be able to afford one of these apartments.

The guy from Leonardo's Coffee House said that his brother picked up one of the historic houses in this area, near 99 Ave and 112 St, to turn it into a wellness center. I'm not sure if it was this one (the Armstrong/Rankine-Hume Residence) or one of the others down the street?

I thought this would look awful, but it looks even worse than expected. The one positive is the fantastic mural on the north side. Is the podium not getting any work done to it?
