Competitive in areas not almost directly adjacent to one of the City's main emergency shelters. They need to lower them by a minimum $100 to 150 a month if they want any chance of leasing up quickly.

Is this already under construction in SP? By that cluster of new hotels or is it going across the highway neighbouring that farmland? This along with SP’s new $70M Field House…..we’re killing it again with our facilities…

The upper level of that parkade is a great spot to eat a donair and watch the sunset. Will be sad once it's gone.

It remains well located for people in this part of the city. A lot of people don't want to drive all the way to WEM and certainly not to places like South Edmonton Common except for maybe the occasional trip to IKEA.

Sad to see this go. All drywall been removed - down to studs. Wish they could just start over now but I guess was never feasible?
